GarageFlo provides backend automated telecommunication utilities, including missed-call text-back messaging, carrier forwarding integrations, and customer review request automations designed for service contractors.
You agree to provide accurate registration details and maintain proper carrier forwarding configurations. You are responsible for ensuring that all communications sent to your customers comply with applicable local, state, and federal telecommunication laws, including the TCPA.
By opting into our service, you acknowledge that standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan. Message frequency varies based on your inbound call volume. You may text STOP at any time to cancel automated service messages or text HELP for assistance.
GarageFlo offers a 14-day free trial. Following the trial period, continued access to the utility requires an active subscription at the prevailing flat monthly rate. You may cancel at any time with zero long-term contracts.
GarageFlo is not liable for carrier-level network outages, downstream telecom delays, or lost business resulting from improper third-party device settings or third-party phone carrier routing errors.
